1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✔ The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✔ You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
✔ The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

2. How to Request a Return

2️⃣ We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
3️⃣ Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement as applicable.

3. Refund Policy

✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
✔ If applicable, a partial refund may be granted if the product is returned with minor issues.
✔ Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is damaged by the customer.
  • The item is custom-made or personalized.

Refund Timeline :-

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3 to 4 business days of return approval.

Replacement:- Replacement should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days

4. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Follow the return process, and we will replace the item once verified.

5. Cancellations

✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
🚫 After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as production begins.
